Pregnancy & Birth, Relationships & Intimacy

This course offers an intimate look into the world of Kogi women through the eyes of Marnacia, a respected midwife from the village of Awiaka. Through her teachings, we discover how the Kogi nurture life from pregnancy to partnership, raising children in harmony with nature and honoring women as the foundation of community.
From sacred roles in family and society to practices around childbirth, breastfeeding, conflict resolution, and emotional balance, the lessons share a vision of life rooted in connection, respect, and spiritual alignment.
This is not a guide for imitation, but a gentle invitation to reflect on your own relationships, responsibilities, and rhythms of life. It is a call to remember what it means to truly belong.
